We were thrilled with the convenient location of the hotel, just steps away from Queensway and Bayswater stations and right across from Hyde Park. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet was very good with its variety and quality. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean, and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a superb location near a park, tube station, and restaurants. The hotel had a small lobby but offered comfortable rooms with a view of Hyde Park. The road noise was surprisingly quiet, and the convenience of the tube station just below the hotel was a major plus. The surrounding area had plenty of food choices, making it a great location for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and cozy rooms.

Staying at this place was an incredible experience for me. I loved the location next to the subway station, making it very easy to get around to all the different attractions with ease. The Hyde Park right next to here offered great opportunities for an energizing morning run. The range of services was fantastic, with everything from room amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi to leisure activities like a casino and library, was superb. The staff here were the best part of my stay, the friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever come across.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across from the beautiful Hyde Park and a short walk to several tube stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I needed including a comfortable bed, powerful shower, and a desk to work at. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus. The service provided by the hotel was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. I really appreciated all their efforts to make my stay the best it could be.

The hotel's location was excellent, being conveniently close to two tube stations with connections to all the landmarks we wanted to visit. it was within walking distance to many attractions and had easy access to public transportation. This hotel is in a great location, right by Queensway underground station. It's so convenient for getting around the city, especially with the subway just steps away. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The road beside the hotel has plenty of dining options, perfect for when you're too tired to venture far. You can even enjoy a view of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park from across the street.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, with limited choices and low quality options.

Great location, right next to a tube station and opposite a beautiful park. Easy access to Portabello Road and Oxford Street by foot. The breakfast provided at the hotel's restaurant was good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms were dated and had a slight musty smell. There was only a shower in the room and no bath after a long day of walking.
